These training sessions are essential to work together in the long term and are given to all our distributors who have been selected in advance.
We offer two types of training that will give you all the keys to mastering Balio Diagnostics in vitro diagnostic analyzers. All ranges are concerned: biochemistry, hematology, electrolyte and veterinary.
They are conducted by our sales and marketing specialists and by our product experts from the technical department :

The objective is to train the sales teams to learn how to present our products, position them in their market, argue against the competition and convey our brand image.
- Technical and applicative :
At the end of these trainings, the technical teams and product specialists of our distributors master the installation of our analyzers, know how to train end-users in their use, are able to teach preventive maintenance methods and ensure a quality after-sales service that meets our standards.
We usually organize training sessions in France. We invite you to meet our teams, visit our premises and our laboratory.
We also travel internationally to provide local training to distributors, depending on the established partnerships.
In the context of the current health crisis, travel is more complicated. This is why we have adapted and offer a number of distance learning tools, such as Zoom or Teamviewer. We have developed a variety of tools such as video tutorials or presentation slideshows. If needed, we can also provide remote control of certain analyzers.
